The optimum solution to the problem of dust & other airborne particles is extraction at source. This means capturing the contaminants at the point where they are produced , before they can reach the operator’s nose - & doing so without obstructing the operator’s movements or view of the job in hand.



An extractor hood , mounted on a mobile arm, is positioned at an appropriate distance from the dust source but out of the way, & removes the particles before they can spread.
