These machines work on the gross weighing system where the valve bags are weighed as they are filled, the norm worlwide is the 40 & 50 kg paper valve bag, but any international filling weight between 20 & 50 kg is possible. The standard range includes inline machines (Stationary packer) with 1 - 4 filling spouts & outputs up to 2000 bags/h. The operator only needs to put the empty valve bags onto filling spouts, everything else happens automatically. When the valve bag is full, it falls head-first or vertically onto the take away belt conveyor. It has a electronic weighing system such as: Load cell , Weighing indicator & Control panel.
